I’ve been attending Vandana’s classes for the past 6 months, and they’ve made a noticeable difference. I had mild back pain from remote work, and the practice has helped reduce it while also improving my posture.
The sessions are never repetitive each class feels different and engaging. I especially like the structure: a warm-up, a steady yoga flow (sometimes quite energizing, especially with Surya Namaskaras), and a calming breathing practice at the end.
By the end of each class, I feel energized. Even though the sessions are online, Vandana ensures everyone understands and follows the poses correctly.

It's been almost a year and a half since I joined Vandana's yoga classes and I've never looked back. Initially I doubted myself, believing only walking could keep me healthy and fit.
Within just a couple of weeks I could see the difference I became more flexible and began to understand my body better. Not just me my friends and family noticed too. 'The glow!'
Vandana makes sure we flow through the class without rushing. She pays attention to everyone and corrects where needed. Having recorded sessions when I miss a class makes it even more encouraging to give at least an hour to myself every day.
